Its been the end, Jellyfin ftw

You have any plugins that makes the android TV app better? I can't browse by content rating (good for the kids) or by genre or anything. Just a big list of movies in alphabetical order...

Ive never really bothered with plugins aside from a couple, serves my purposes as is for the most part.

Although I do plan on soon working on a Jellyfin fork with Nostr auth and pear for networking. And btc payments. The idea is to potentially have multiple jellyfin servers that show as one unified instance.

Hoping its not too much scope in one project for one person, but damn I would love to see that exist

Kodi + NFS + your favorite plugins

Not Kodi. Kodi to me seems like living in the early 2000s still.

Try jellyfin, jellyseerr, radarr, sonarr, prowlarr, mulvad and q BitTorrent

All fully automated with a request and issues server.

I did try jellyfin and I am using sonarr radar etc... Kodi with my choice of interface and plugins works very well and much more customizable IMO

You're probably right but I'm super technical and Kodi seems like too much setup even for me. I got the sweep above working in one evening. Jellyfin has a bunch of plugins too.

I used kodi since the xbmc days , and I switched to plex and then Jellyfin for a while. I went back because I was always missing those super granular tweaks I could do on Kodi that I couldn't find anywhere else.

Never heard of jellyseer, radarr or sonarr. Thank you

jellyseerr is amazing, linked with radarr and sonarr my whole library is automatically managed and I can request new things from jellyseerr and it just does it all for me.
