Anyone have any esoteric anti viral remedies?

I’ve got a a virus that’s completely shot my vocal cords.

Current stack: Sauna, red light vitamin c, d, ivermectin, 10% betadine, nasal spray, netty pot, aspirin, TTFD, (waiting on methylene blue to arrive).
