in Novobugsky, Ukraine workers at a local water plant were given draft notices. Now there is no one experienced enough to run the plant and it may affect supply of water.

I'd say "put the women to work then", except Ukraine has already sent all of their women to Poland and Germany to become prostitutes. 😩
