Let me remind You: a stock is just an 'I own You' at a brokerage account. You won't have any claim on the btc that Michael's Strategy holds. Fiat games.

To me this is like holding eth, because there are bitcoins wrapped on that eth network.

Just hold Bitcoin in a wallet that only You hold the key's for. 😉
