lol - great advice for mass adoption šŸ˜‚

There’s no reason to ask where ppl keep their keys imo but maybe there’s a reason. Happy to hear an explanation. I assume you work there but I pretty much only know the early Swan folks so I can ask them as well bc now I’m super super curious.

agree.

don’t work there.

people forget shit - I assumešŸ˜‚

it looks like it’s for labeling for customer record keeping, if Swan is anonymizing the data for market insights, or for reminding people, hey, check with your Attorney or look at your Office, then there needs to be further risk education.

Bad opsec / security in general practice to make ppl comfortable disclosing this information.

agree.

expect 8billion cypherpunks..?

šŸ¤ž

What blood type are you? Can I sample your DNA? What is your mom’s maiden name?

Meditate on A Cypherpunk’s Manifesto ā˜®ļø

telling someone on nostr about c punk tingz - šŸ’€

> expect 8billion cypherpunks..?

"For privacy to be widespread it must be part of a social contract.

People must come and together deploy these systems for the common

good. Privacy only extends so far as the cooperation of one's

fellows in society."

Yes. GFY

The GFY was rude. I apologize.

Lol

I’m on your side with privacyšŸ¤™šŸ½

It’s just going to take time for normies to catch up

And if we continue to ask them to violate their privacy by default, it’ll take longer.

šŸ‘ Default to privacy. Make privacy convenient.

Yep

Short sighted take imho. People don’t have time to learn cypherpunk principles because of the fiat rat race.

Do you think the first implementations of 802.11 thought it would be as ubiquitous as it is now?

bitcoin is hard for normies is all I’m saying
