I love ♥️ raw oyster . It just refreshing when you open the outer shell, I can smell the freshness of the sea , with the taste of it salt , it . I can eat a whole 6 pieces of oyster just for entre before main course .
Raw oysters are great on a hot summer day on a sourdough cracker with a bit of hot sauce and lemon juice
