Today I had a calm come over me. It has finally sunk in.

I am no longer required to sacrifice my time to anything I do not desire to.

Preparing for breakfast, in this moment of realization, serendipitously, 2 Mallards walked straight past me unabated as if they owned my place. Walked straight past and into my garden for a little feed and then rested under this cedar.

There are no ponds or water by me. This is very unusual for my area.

Im uncertain how these two things are connected. Perhaps they aren’t and I’m just feeling the moment.

Either way it’s fucking awesome.
