This is dumb and unfair, you have separate places initially and it should sort of like naturally transition into living together, so you don’t need to manipulate your gf to put yourself in a position of advantage, which is immoral and wrong.

Yes, there’s a lot of that, it’s cringe and toxic. Also, you typically can’t have ppl on living there if they’re not on the lease, and you also can’t typically evict someone just like that.
