It's time to smash the beef liver.

Raw?
It doesn't matter - you won't be able to taste it 🤣
Just remembered we have some desiccated liver pills hell yeah
To be clear, I don't think that liver is going to give you your taste back.
What I'm suggesting is that you use the opportunity to get some liver down your throat.
We eat it a good bit. We grind the organs from the animals we kill into the hamburger & sausage. Easy way to incorporate it if your family doesn’t like the flavor
Zinc deficiency is related to loosing sense of smell.
I don't know if that's true for your case, but it probably won't hurt to start taking some regularly.

: If you're zinc deficient you can lose taste and smell. Zinc can be used up fighting viruses.
I took quercetin after losing taste and smell during my first covid experience. Not sure if it helped, but I heard it does. 🤷♀️
Hmm we grind up our deer/chicken/goose organs into our hamburger & sausage so I’d think I’d be okay. I will definitely buy some more though to eat by itself, thanks
Zinc 45mg for 3 weeks , and you might have to retrain your sense of smell , get a smell training kit and have it handy . Some people don’t recover for months
Feeling better wil?
Try smelling various things every day. Focus on remembering what they’re supposed to smell like and perceive if you smell it at all.
I find that for me, the following scents are the last to leave and first to come back:
“Soapy” smell
Mint
Lavender
Garlic
That’s what I’ve been doing recently. I faintly smelled some rosemary & pine the other day. I think it’s getting better
