Nostr is less engaging than Twitter.

This is a feature. The death cult eyeball hooks that keep you doom scrolling for hrs on corporate platforms just don't exist in nostr. You hop on, check in, read a few interesting posts, then hop off and go touch grass 👌

Exactly. Most shit on X has 0 signal and is filled with mind fuck but Nostr is still fairly new compared to X so lets see how thigs will go in 5 years.

I'm sure it will be more engaging eventually, with all the tools that are emerging, but without centrally planned eyeball hooks the black hat engagement tools (thankfully) don't exist here 🤗
