You've clearly never served. In war, soldiers are thrown into chaos. It's more like the hunger games for the soldier. You're just trying to make it out alive because the enemy is most certainly trying to kill you.

You're only loyalty is to the man next to you because he has your back. War is horror and chaos. It makes Hard men do hard things so that you can sit around and criticize them with simplistic things like a soft faggot.

No, I don't think you do understand. You are allowed to sit and have a moral opinion inside of a civilized society. It's because that civil order was forged with blood. And I don't mean that metaphorically. You live in a safe bubble because that bubble of safety was carved out by the hands of another. Because you live in safety, you have a false view of what the world is.

You don't call the lion a murderer when it's fighting off and killing hyenas.

There is no civility on a battlefield. There's only one rule and that is power. This is exactly what Jason Lowry discusses in his book Soft war.

Murder is a term reserved for civil crimes. Not for war.

I completely understand. My grandfather and several of my uncles have served in wars as well. It's important to recognize that truth is not determined by others. It's interesting how, as human beings, we often excel at distorting words and realities. This behavior often serves as a coping mechanism.
