Yep, I've been at 175-185lbs for years and decided I want to bulk up yo break 200 for the first time in my life. Definitely gained strength, gymnastics stuff hasn't been affected too much, but I have felt slight drawback in cardio. Not terrible though, 2024 was the first time I've ever been able to do full Rx Murph. 2023 I did half Rx and took the vest off for the second half

Awesome to gain 30 lbs and only add 3 pts of body fat. You clearly did it in a controlled and methodical way.
I tried to gain this year and had the same goal of about 200, but ran into my first ever knee injury about 2 months ago. Not sure if weight was a factor, but was doing cycle heavy on front squat and BBJO volume. Been rehabbing the last two months and dropping back to 175 to help the knee.
Thanks! I've been lucky not to have any injuries - ever. Knee injuries are definitely a major setback
