Funny enough the pressure line on my jet pump bubbled and burst tonight. It wasn't due to cold, but I can't really figure how it happened. Any thoughts?

Hard to say. How old is it? It looks like it is flexed pretty well between the pump and the tank. Maybe when it was heated to go onto the insert fitting it got stretched thin. Even though it is plastic, that pipe sometimes will break or split. Not too common, but it does happen.
