For real tho.

i have this same theory for people that got mid-rich in the 90’s.

they wouldn’t survive now.

they did it on info asymmetry that doesn’t exist anymore.

(think fast food people.)

I knew a guy that owned all the kfc/Taco Bell combos in the 90’s was always super jealous of that family

those guys did particularly well because they owned the real estate.
