What features would you want to see in a "private" Nostr community? (think somewhere in between Facebook Groups and a Discord server).

Some sort of E2E encryption setup to keep messages somewhat private, and perhaps relays only serving messages to members of the group so it's not like DMs where everything is public minus the message content.
the spec is there Nip-104 mls based group, nip-29 relay based group and nip-17 dm with giftwrap
