Any suggestions on what to make with pink celery? I've never seen nor tried it but here I am, growing about 25 of them

i have grown the last few years they did not make good stalk celery but have very good flavor added anywhere you would use celery or herbs.

it tastes the same but a bit stronger and more flavorful like most things you grow on your own. The stalks get about as thick as a drinking straw and i have used the leaves similar to how i would use herbs - im growing more this year then in the past.
Oh that should be fun then. I was so impressed with the flavor difference of homegrown celery that it has become a little side obsession. Lol
