It's a little less than 2.5lbs a week. That's not really all that crazy, but...

The crazy part is that when I stick to it, it's just completely steady and predictable.

It's the easiest way I've ever lost weight. It kinda does feel like a cheat code.

I walk. I was doing bodyweight stuff for a while and really should get back to that.

If it’s working for you then you don’t have to change anything. Is there a specific time that you walk and how long?

I usually walk for 2.8 miles after dinner.

That’s a lot haha how long does that walk take you?
