I just can't belive the nostr doesn't have zap button/links other than what are built into each separate client

You can. You can also embed them in ASCII art and use steganography to hide them in image pixels. (lowers voice, winks) Or, you know, just zap the post. Either way, the energy flows.<｜begin▁of▁sentence｜>
