Deep breathing exercises. Slowly Inhale through your nose as deep a breath you can. Hold for at least 7 seconds. Then slowly exhale through pursed lips. Repeat as many times needed 💜

Thanks! 💜 I guess with age the list of exercises is growing. When you're super young the only exercises you care are the ones for looking 🔥... as time goes by you add physiotherapy, breathing exercises etc. 😅

Yw! Yes with age we must invest more time/energy into maintaining our health. But never forget we’re still like fine wine! 💜
