Deep breathing exercises. Slowly Inhale through your nose as deep a breath you can. Hold for at least 7 seconds. Then slowly exhale through pursed lips. Repeat as many times needed 💜
Thanks! 💜 I guess with age the list of exercises is growing. When you're super young the only exercises you care are the ones for looking 🔥... as time goes by you add physiotherapy, breathing exercises etc. 😅

This is interesting! Will need to work my way up from the basic paper ✈️.
It can be pretty relaxing as to why its helps with frustration its because it requires your focus trying to get the folds straight and you get a good brain chemical having made something.
Mostly distraction but cant hurt to give it a try right lol
Recognising the brain's tendency to replay and dwell on those states of mind is a first step. Make the rest of the day a not tough one. Light heart and light mind.
Sometimes I sleep away the bad feeling and after a nice little nap the energy is up again. But also taking a long walk in nature -no matter what weather helps. After that a good Vino and doing something creative ( maybe for #Artstr :), diving into another world, is what helps me a lot. 🫂

If possible, take a short walk/hike at a park so you're surrounded by nature. It can help clear the mind.

Was glad to see you turned your day around. I get in my own heads sometimes. Some things that help me are a great workout, music, or a conversation with a close friend. New one might be talking to the Nostr family! I have noticed a lot more positivity on here compared to other socials. I'm enjoying it.
