A carnivore diet you are supposed to eat only meat, nothing else? Eggs possible? Fish? No fruit / vegetables at all? My guess is that fruit & vegetables are bad only when ogm or pesticides heavy but if avoiding that (it is hard) it is not too bad?

eggs and fish are fine for vast majority of carnivores.

Though there is Mikhaila Peterson's "lion diet" which i think does exclude even those.
