Take the time it takes and it will take less time. Find something that you like and practice it daily. It could be meditation, a sport, reading, writing, etc. Repetition and being consistent is key. The answer to your question is already inside you, you just need to build the patterns to let it come to you.
Smoke a lot of pot.
I have smoked more pot in my lifetime as a medical patient than you could possibly imagine. Last year it got to a point where I finally had to quit after smoking for 20+ years, because it takes a toll on your lungs over decades.
Switched to RSO for a couple months, but honestly it is time that I stopped masking my issues by dulling my senses. I must do the hard work required to master my thoughts and emotions without it.
I may take up pot again someday in the future, because it does help me, but not until I have attained full mental and emotional control without it. I need to do this for maintaining my own happiness and sanity without any substances.
