1. As a minimum, easily findable on the timechain, perhaps the node providers could include an option to download it as well as the white paper.
2. Then republished on distributed censor resistant platforms, such as those running nostr.
3. Finally, made widely available for normie-ville, for example on Wikipedia and on wherever LLMs go to drink knew knowledge.
