I've injured my back twice in the last 6 years, once my lower back and once C5-C6. It sucks and it takes forever, but PT was probably the best thing for both of them. 🙏

That sounds horrendous - I'm at just over 6 weeks since it happened now and I'm so fed up with it. Physio has given me a bunch of exercises and instructions, so I'm going to follow along and pray that it helps.
