At physio now, trying to get over this back injury. Things have improved but there's a way to go. Hoping this helps and doesn't set me back. Fingers crossed 🤞 🙏

Stop slacking man

Manager said to me yesterday 'why the fuck are you not off sick?', told her I'd rather get in their way than everyone else's 😄 - they're making me take a weeks holiday from the 2nd 😄

I've injured my back twice in the last 6 years, once my lower back and once C5-C6. It sucks and it takes forever, but PT was probably the best thing for both of them. 🙏

That sounds horrendous - I'm at just over 6 weeks since it happened now and I'm so fed up with it. Physio has given me a bunch of exercises and instructions, so I'm going to follow along and pray that it helps.

Yoga my man. Physio should be able to set you up with a routine, otherwise find another one who will. Back takes time but yoga will help you get there
