Eyh yeah it's worst than that.. Everytime someone even sees these profiles in their feed, it sends an http request to those gov sites for the nip05. And the actual fucking gov site has to return thousands of 404s. I try not to look at em. Don't repost em. Maybe try n reason w em. I dunno. It's funny till it isn't.
