My landlord sold the estate where i stay i just found out because i was in nature just got home and find out that it was sold to a real estate company and that real estate company wants to renovate so they have ordered us to move out.. I need your help guys financially.. have got to move somewhere else..

Hopefully you have a lease and it’s not too late.

If you have a lease they can’t move you out. You have a lot of power at the moment, they have to pay to have you move.

Ask for a two years at a similar living space paid for by them and negotiate from there.

If there’s no move out clause you don’t have to move out.

If they want you to move out they have to pay you.
