My landlord sold the estate where i stay i just found out because i was in nature just got home and find out that it was sold to a real estate company and that real estate company wants to renovate so they have ordered us to move out.. If you have a lease they can’t move you out. You have a lot of power at the moment, they have to pay to have you move.

Can you give an instance of such places because when i talked with the lawyer he said a notice was place at my doorstep since December which have been away for three months so that means i was given three months notice of the house to be sold but i was not there to read or even know.
That sounds so strange to me. A notice like this must be signed by the tenant , that it has been received IMO...
