There are always rules! I have no idea about laws in the US…but I’m sure you can find help from an institution that defends tenants…without the need to pay expensive layers.

Also you light ask AI…for this it can be very helpful.

Best of luck 🤞🏽

Can you give an instance of such places because when i talked with the lawyer he said a notice was place at my doorstep since December which have been away for three months so that means i was given three months notice of the house to be sold but i was not there to read or even know.

That sounds so strange to me. A notice like this must be signed by the tenant , that it has been received IMO...

I need help where can i go

I hear you and I am so sorry, I can not help, as I really don't know the possibilities in the US...

Maybe as I said there is an institution that helps and protects tenants? Also try to speak with the new owners and tell them your situation. Maybe they have other apartments they could offer for your transition?

If you can prove you were away, you were not given notice.

I would take the full 3 months from when you saw that paper.

Prove can be receipt from where you were anything really pictures whatever.

Okay 👍

If you need help with how to respond to these people, just lmk - I can help you.

Oh seriously??

Yes, I'm an RE professional & know how they think.

But yeah remember, you hold the cards & can totally hold up the sale - so you can stand in truth and they can extend the closing date.

You hold the cards, don't forget.

Can i send you a DM

I do know a thing or two about this kind of situation.

DM me and I’ll give you my signal.
