Can you give an instance of such places because when i talked with the lawyer he said a notice was place at my doorstep since December which have been away for three months so that means i was given three months notice of the house to be sold but i was not there to read or even know.

That sounds so strange to me. A notice like this must be signed by the tenant , that it has been received IMO...

I hear you and I am so sorry, I can not help, as I really don't know the possibilities in the US...

Maybe as I said there is an institution that helps and protects tenants? Also try to speak with the new owners and tell them your situation. Maybe they have other apartments they could offer for your transition?
