If you believe that people can change their beliefs when exposed to new information, then drop all language that divides us into groups and use language that unites us all.

Humanity is at it's best when people feel safe, healthy, welcomed, and a part of something bigger than themselves.

We are all in this together, so let's come together towards common goals that everyone can unite behind. The true enemy is ignorance, division, and claims of authority over others. Instead of fighting each other work to change minds through open and uniting dialogue, fight for a world that allows everyone to find safety, shelter, support, community, and time to think about the big questions.

See the person before you as what you might have been if you were given the same experiences and circumstances, see them as someone you can help instead of someone you need to fight. In the end, all we have is each other.

The most important part is said in the first sentence. If you believe people can change their mind when exposed to new information..

What if they (can’t or refuse) and we know that there are millions of those (including close family and friends) What do we do ?

Have patience and lead by example, don't argue but do your best to communicate your views in a non-threatening way, they'll see you living a better life and some will eventually want to talk about why. You can't force people to want to learn however, they have to come to want to on their own terms.
