I noticed something while looking at the network tab: some client apps send notes that haven't even been posted yet to relays in a "draft" format. I guess the kind isn't 1, and they're probably encrypted so no one but the sender can read them, but it still feels a bit... odd. Maybe that's what's happening in this case?
That's what I initially thought, although encrypted drafts of kind 01 quotes is some next-level dev autism.
But those encrypted drafts are always in reference to some particular event. They don't wander around to every other event of the same type.
