Honest question. How many of those 1000 can you filter out instantly just by typing their name into Google?

I don't even give them that much. It's like 30 seconds on the resume, if they look like they might be a good fit 90 seconds. Then I tag the recruiter to set up their initial screen with the candidate.
Google search will come after the recruiter screens them but before I talk to them.
