We went ice fishing today. Three adults and seven kids under 8 years olds. Drove 2.5 hours, snowshoed 5kms, pulling two sleds with about 50-75 pounds of gear, drilled 10 holes, -10 degrees Celsius, snowing, built a fire and spent 4 hours on the lake.

We didn’t catch a single fish. Not even a tickle.

On the way home, my kids asked me if we could go again tomorrow.
