For me, it was too many incidents with retail banks, and fees associated with doing business with them. Them being bought out by foreign banks and be shut down. As well as ,trying to do business with a myriad of governmental offices, and the unnecessary hoops & hurdles they put businesses through (unless you have a 'connections').
