Theft is a crime. Buying a house is not a crime. Stealing money is a crime. Buying a house with stolen money is not a crime, stealing the money was already the crime.

Adding another "crime" on top of theft is just a way to surveil, coerce, control, and persecute innocent people who didn't commit theft. If someone committed theft, prosecute then for theft. If you can't prove to a jury beyond a reasonable doubt that they committed theft, sorry, you failed. Innocent until proven guilty, and you failed to prove guilt. 🤷🏼‍♂️ Trying to harass them and steal their money for the "crime" of depositing $9k cash into their own bank account 3 times last week just makes you a failed prosecutor and despicable thief.
