it’s kinda funny how people in america are just now realizing how bad seed oils are for you, and raving about it as if they’re better than for now knowing, but immigrant moms like mine have raised us avoiding that crap basically our whole lives.

I wouldn't say funny. It's more sad how much they government and business has prayed upon its citizens.

Sacrificing health and safety for profit is EXTREMELY common 😑. Imagine how atrocious it would be without OSHA and other regulatory bodies 🥴 (not saying all regulators are ethically pure either)
