It’s about Bitcoin owned per share, really. They have been careful to only issue more equity when the resulting Bitcoin purchased increases this measure.

In terms of convertible debt you could take the binary position, as I think you are doing, and assume all is converted. But even still then you need to look at Bitcoin owned per share before and after.

I know saylortracker.com shows his purchases.

Which can be done by buying more bitcoin before the halving when the stock price is high.
