I use gifbuddy.lol . Also let's you add text over gifs and you just tap to copy a link for nostr.

Also be sure to check out MemeAmigo (accessible from a tab at the top of gifbuddy).

I installed gifbuddy as a web app on my phone so I always have easy access.

Just did the same for gifbuddy
