Pretty simple.
I just decided i don’t want to use a company to enable me to read/write to a database which they own and control. Where they own my identity and prey upon us all as a result.
and i don’t care about engagement. The only reason that note got the likes is cause nostr:npub1qny3tkh0acurzla8x3zy4nhrjz5zd8l9sy9jys09umwng00manysew95gx shared it.
You either see and know the problem and are actively orienting yourself in opposition or you’re supporting the enemy - and for meaningless interactions on their db they call likes of all things
Oh you mean how to get the likes? lol
You won’t get the same engagement on nostr yet. But it’s not about that - or shouldn’t be imo. Nostr is tiny still. And thats amazing. Its beautiful to see it being built out in the open and to decouple from being a slave to bullshit metrics like “likes”
