This kind of stuff is being shown to real estate investors around the world right now. I've recently spoken at a real estate event in Toronto and the people are insanely interested... in some cases beginning to offload properties and just buy BTC with the proceeds. The tides are shifting. Bitcoin is sucking the air out of the room.

Mine was pretty basic and practical - basically helping onboard people with general wallet info. A guy named Leon Wankum covered the type of stuff in this quote post and he was awesome. I'd give him a look.
My wife and I swerved away from our original real estate plan and just went straight into Bitcoin around 2021. So there will be a portion of people who would have but never did. Probably a lot of millennials like me. Some of my friends are doing it too.
