frutos rojos para los conejos, a los cerdos bellotas ☺. Este jamón tiene muy buena pinta aunque no parece de bellota porque suelen ser "más secos" y con muchas vetas

The menu did say “an acorn-only diet” but you never know from that.

I’ve had Iberico ham a number of times and this had the right flavor and texture for sure

as Spanish i can say it really looks good and with that "tiny salty balls" between the meat that indicates it is well curated and high quality

It was aged 3 years, and tasted excellent!
