Is there any way to have multiple Phoenix wallets on the same device?

Doesn’t seem like it, but maybe I’m missing something?

I don’t know of a way to download the same app twice - can any device or mobile OS do that?

It also doesn’t look like you can toggle between wallets (nodes) in Phoenix, the way you can in Zeus…

Yes, you can, if you're on android. Just activate the work profile, and install another version of the app there.
