Serious question... mempool space is just as scarce as the quantity of bitcoin.
What happens if mempool never clears, fees go way up and many people have sats on the base layer and they won't/can't move cuase the fees are too damn high?
Although lagging, scaling tech puts downward pressure on fees. Even if the mempool never clears no one has enough Bitcoin to keep fees high forever

"Tokens" is quite the euphemism for pump and dump shitcoins. By trying to be neutral, you only normalize the spam. It's better to be clear and call it what it is: 32% of fees were paid by spam tx.
