Meal prep is key. If I didn’t pre-plan what we are having then it becomes take out or by default.

I do 3 days out. Rotate chicken, pork, and beef. Then buy whatever veggies look good. Usually a bag of sweet potatoes, broccoli, asparagus or Brussel sprouts. Then throw in a frozen bag of squash and mixed veggies for backup

Blue Apron makes this easy and anyone can follow the steps and cook farm to fresh at home.
