A Stab at a Poem

Winter brings love

Beyond the clouds up above

For there is a you and I

That brought warmth not from the sky

Seasons have come and go

Is it true love, what do I know

For you have left me out in the cold

As our storied lives grew mold

I will never leave you he said

Til I turn purple or dead

But you did didn't you

Without a hint or a clue

So there I am

Tears rushed through the broken dam

You will not break me I said

I will love again without you til I'm dead

Winter brought love

Beyond the grey skies up above

For I have found a new you and I

I love again! I screamed at the sky

Bravo!! This is so good! πŸ‘

Woot woot, cutie 😊

Very well written.

Reading this gave me feelings of shifting balance riding my board down the slopes.

I was inspired

Our worlds ebb and flow

I will not mold, thus I will grow

Love comes from above

Yours? No?

No

You mean the image or the poem?

Image, no. Poem, yes.

The image ;)

I've bookmarked it a while ago and just saw that it was actually you who posted it originally.

Anyway, have a nice evening!
