I guess what I'm saying is don't worry too much about constitutional violations. Worry about who we're being sold to.

Blackmail and extortion is not free speech or a right protected by the bill or constitution.

Guy can't expect to attempt to strongarm a university using blackmail and keep his green card.

The guy has a green card. We would expect him to follow the law while he's here. If not he actually should be arrested, not just deported.
