Quick service restaurants are all down on sales at the moment. If this gets steak n shake any momentum others will follow. (Source, I have worked in the industry financially)

They recently closed all the locations within the Austin area. Closest one is near San Antonio.

I can't imagine this is going to boost sales much, but it's a good precedent. I hope it pays off for them.
