I had a conversation with a friend that made me realize that he was in truth a nihilistic degenerate, and he just used humor to mask it.

I'm unsettled by the realization, and will not be putting any more time and energy into that relationship.

This is what becoming a man/adult is really about.

Tough to do sometimes but we only live one life & gotta spend the time to the best of our abilities.

Having control over the people you voluntarily associate with is, in my opinion, one of the very best perks of being an adult.

Yes, as harsh at it sounds, it’s better to cut those friendships and go different ways
