Classical liberal probably fits me best, yes.

There aren't many of us left.

Most have become some sort of reactionary or revolutionary, but I'm too based to just go with the crowds.

I would have considered myself a Classical Liberal before finding Anarcho-Capitalism.

Depending on the audience, I say Libertarian or Anarchist. Funny to see the reactions to each.

Mises, rothbard, tucker, twain, bastiat, spooner, rand, guilty as charged

Band of thieves etc

Ever read "Why Liberalism Failed," by Patrick Deneen?

No, but I'll add it to the seemingly endless list of books I'll probably never read.

You have one of those lists too? 🤣

💯

At the moment, I'm drowing in CS reading material, so any book I read in my downtime is probably a novel. Preferably something historical.

I’ll throw “Essays on Catholicism, Liberalism, and Socialism, Considered in their Fundamental Principles” by Juan Donoso Cortes and “Revolution and Counter-Revolution” by Plinio Corrêa Oliveira into the ring, as well. Those two books opened my eyes to the glaring issues and terrible consequences of liberalism, especially as it reaches its logical conclusion.
